Twin sisters Amyth and Diam were born as the Winged Archborn. Word spread quickly and the sisters were summoned to the high church in Somencia for mentorship. While on the way, their caravan was ambushed by the powerful necromancer Maive. Diam escaped but Amyth was kidnapped.

Maive tore the wings off Amyth’s back and subjected her to experiment after experiment. Amyth managed to keep her in-born magical abilities secret and quietly studied Maive’s use of magic. Years later, during a rescue mission helmed by Diam and Garric, Amyth unleashed a powerful hellfire that laid waste to Maive’s entire coven.
